Call for Pricing
Use the call for pricing button at the checkout to obtain a basket reference. Call us on +44 (0)1493 602440 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday for a delivery price to your requested location. We will add the delivery to your order and you can complete the checkout online.
Same Day Despatch
Stock orders received before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are generally despatched that day. Requesting delivery to an address different to the billing address may delay your order from being despatched the same day.
Zone 1 deliverys are usually sent via a next working day service. Zone 2 deliverys are usually sent on via a 2 - 3 working day service. For Zones 3 & 4 or International delivery, service can be confirmed at the time of order.
You will be informed via email when your order has been despatched. If available a courier tracking reference for your order will be supplied.
Collection from Store (Great Yarmouth)
Stock orders received before 2.00pm Monday to Friday are generally available for collection that day. You will be notified once your order is ready. If you have paid using a debit or credit card you must take the payment card used and also a copy of your order for security purposes. If you paid via PayPal you will also need to provide a valid ID.
Collection from Store (Aberdeen)
Stock orders received before 2.00pm Monday to Friday are generally available for collection 2-3 days later. You will be notified once your order is ready. All orders over £250 excluding VAT are delivered free of charge.
Zone 2 - Highlands and Islands
All orders over £500 excluding VAT are delivered free of charge.
All deliveries must be signed for, and will not be left unattended. Deliveries are usually made during normal working hours. If you need to make any special arrangements with us for your delivery please contact us with your order number immediately after placing your order, or note them in the instructions box during checkout. Deliveries must be checked immediately upon receipt. If any damage is evident, please either sign for the delivery as 'damaged', marking the Carrier's receipt accordingly, or do not accept the delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to the returns department, including photos of the damaged goods where appropriate.
