The UP LOCK is a double locking pulley designed for the creation of an auto-blocking rescue winch in combination with the UP ROLL pulley. The side plates and pulleys are provided with an anodised aluminium alloy and the cam is made of stainless steel. In addition, the pulleys are mounted on ball bearings. The UP LOCK pulley is equipped with the Freelock system. This allows easy handling, as the cam can be locked and unlocked with only one hand (even when wearing gloves). The device is suitable for use with ropes according to EN 892 or EN 1891 from 8 to 11 mm diameter and with connectors according to EN 564 of Ø 8.0 mm.
